Sunny Sabbini in the Media
Sunny Sabbini is a cofounder coach and business partnership counselor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Working with business partners in conflict is the only thing she does.
That's why journalists covering business partner therapy and cofounder conflict rely on her as a source.
The coverage below reports on what actually drives the friction between business partners, and what it takes to repair trust and start working as allies again.

About Sunny Sabbini
Sunny Sabbini, M.A., is a cofounder coach and business partnership counselor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Trained as a marriage and family therapist, working with business partners in conflict is now Sunny’s only focus.
For more than twenty years, she has helped partners identify what is actually driving the friction, repair trust that has taken a hit, and redesign how they make decisions together.
Her training spans clinical counseling, organizational consulting, mediation, and group facilitation, including five years on the Stanford Graduate School of Business Interpersonal Dynamics team.
Her work on partnership conflict draws on the clinical, organizational, and business aspects of her training at once.
