Stop the Unnecessary Friction. Reset at a Higher Level.
A half-day working session for business partners ready to stop managing around the friction that doesn't need to exist, and build real practices for the friction that does.

Does This Sounds Familiar?
You're exhausted. Not just from the business, but from rehearsing conversations before they happen, from managing your partner instead of working with them, and from carrying tension into meetings that have nothing to do with the discussion at hand.
Some of that friction is real and worth your attention. A lot of it isn't, but it’s still costing you energy, trust, and focus that should be going into the work you actually care about.
This session gives you a few key practices that stop the unnecessary bleeding. Not blame. Not therapy. Instead, interpersonal leadership work, alongside a small group of other partnerships facing the same challenges at the same time.

What You’ll Build, Together
By the end of the day, you leave with:
This isn't a binder you file away. You put the meeting structure and the repair protocol to use right away. The decision-rights map names exactly where the friction is, clearly enough to work from, whether you build on it yourselves or go deeper later.
Who This Is For
This is for partnerships still committed to the business and to one another, but have lost time, energy, and momentum to unresolved friction.
It's not the right fit if you're in an active legal dispute, if the one partner is pressuring the other into it. That's a different conversation and requires a different kind of guidance.

What Waiting Costs
Business stress doesn't create partnership conflict. Instead, it makes extant friction impossible to ignore. Most of the conflict that emerges under stress has been present but quietly managed , staying just below the threshold where it had to be addressed. When the pressure increased, it became impossible to keep avoiding.
The tension was always there. What changed is your capacity to keep working around it. That's not the beginning of the end. It's the moment something can finally change.
What Becomes Possible
Partners leave this session no longer braced for the next iteration of the same argument. Their decisions no longer reopen weeks after they make them. Disagreement stops being a threat.
The goal is simple: to stop feeling like you're wrestling with an adversary and start working again as allies.

How It Works
$350 per partnership. Half-day, working alongside 3 to 5 other partnerships doing the same thing. Runs when the cohort fills — no posted date until then.
Bring your partner if you can. You can attend alone.
If This Isn't Quite the Right Door
If what's actually driving the friction is more structural than relational: unclear roles, undecided authority, missing agreements, the architecture-focused work at SunnySabbini.com may be the better place to start. Same facilitator. Different door.
